The Malaysian Government will award Foreign Owned Malaysia Digital Status to eligible foreign owned companies to participate and undertake any of Malaysia Digital\u2019s activities.<\/div>\n
The Foreign Owned Malaysia Digital Status Company will be offered a set of incentives, rights and privileges from the Government, subject to necessary approvals, compliance of applicable conditions, laws and regulations.\u00a0 This includes exemption on any form of capital commitments for long term visa on foreign owners or foreign workers. With greater flexibility and agility in our offerings, Foreign Owned Malaysia Digital Status companies can operate, grow, expand, or invest anywhere in Malaysia.<\/div>\n

Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\n

To be eligible to apply for the award of Foreign Owned Malaysia Digital Status Company, a company is required to meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

  1. Incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and resident company in Malaysia and<\/li>\n
  2. Proposing to carry out or is currently carrying out one or more of the Malaysia Digital activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
